The Truth is Loud phrase came from  Roz having a conversation with her husband Nathan and having.  In that conversation there was an observation that her description of his actions made them both laugh when she said "the Truth is Loud".  They both felt that this particular phrase was powerful and from there Roz had T-shirt made.  

Roz, currently living in the Seattle area, was born in Kansas City, Kansas and grew up singing gospel music.  Classically trained, she is a vocal coach, singer/songwriter, keyboard, violin, light percussion and cajon player.  Her songwriting styles have ranged from orchestral arrangements to hip hop and country songs.  Currently, she has 3 cd's available for purchase.  Roz performs regularly as a duo, trio-Soul Fisticated or full band but enjoys recording her own music in her home studio or recording background vocals. She has traveled overseas, performed for as small as 10 people to a few thousand.  Before leaving the Kansas City area, Roz was able to run a concert venue and was able to work with Country & Western singers, one who was on The Voice and the other, who was featured on American Idol.  Also, before leaving KC, she was able to play keyboard and sing backup with a group called, The Women’s Movement, along with a several other groups.  Although Roz enjoys writing, she loves recording others and was able to get a recording contract for a female pop Country singer.  They are currently finishing up her project in KC with her new management.  Roz's love for music has allowed her to work with many styles of music and a wide range of professional artists.  She also enjoys performing with, Lady A and Global Heat, based in Woodinville and playing in orchestras in her downtime.
